Alumni Association

The Academy management has formed an Alumni Association that should give the alumni an opportunity to network with their fellow graduates. The Association has the following goals:
•    To render assistance to the Academy management in training the highly-qualified graduates;
•    To streamline pedagogical work in order to act in accordance with the best Academy traditions;
•    To collect alumni background information in order to set a database to be used for future networking of the Association members;  
•    To assist the Academy management in using the alumni intellectual potential during the period when the conferences, various meetings, economic and financial consulting sessions are conducted;
•    To assist the Association members in their professional competences improvement;
•    To establish and maintain contacts with the overseas alumni associations.

Among the Academy graduates are the talented economists, civil servants, corporate CEOs, business people and scholars. The Alumni Association members get an Alumni Card that gives them an opportunity to take part in the conferences, exhibitions and discussion sessions organized by the Academy management, to use the Academy databases that include the transcripts of lectures delivered by A. Kudrin, Minister of Finance, to listen to the reports prepared by the leading overseas economists who visit the Academy. Among our guests who present their reports and deliver lectures at the Academy are the representatives of the IMF, World Bank, International Institute of Public Finance, l'Ecole des hautes etudes en sciences sociales (EHESS) and the Embassy of Japan in the Russian Federation.
